COSTS FOR THE CLIENT

  • Please note that 10% VAT (BTW) is applicable to all of our fees plus 15% administrative costs.
  • Administrative costs are 15% of the fee (administrative costs can be less based on the height of the amount)

With a subscription, you can use the legal services of the lawyers of 4 Justice Law Firm, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

The services included in the subscription includes having all kinds of agreements or letters drawn up or screened, obtaining advice via the telephone, getting assistance with negotiations or mediations and having us mange your debt collection process.

As a subscription client, you get priority over non-subscription clients. In addition, one person from your company can participate completely free of charge in the quarterly workshops of 4 Justice Law Firm.

The “no cure, no pay” scheme also applies to you as a subscription client in collection cases.

Below are the three packages from which you can choose based on your need for legal services. The rates are excluding 10% VAT.

At the start of the agreement, a free screening of the organization's employment contracts and applicable general terms and conditions will be provided.

DEBT COLLECTION CHARGES
